Entry visa to Libya

Contact the Libyan immigration office through the Libyan companies or agents to get the prior permission for the entry. The Libyan immigration office will send the invitation telex to the Embassy in Japan upon the approval of travel. Please note that without invitation telex arrived at the Embassy, no application can be accepted.
After confirming the process of invitation telex, please kindly contact the Embassy and give us the telex No. and name of the applicant.
The Embassy only issues visa according to the invitation telex. In case of Business visa, single or multiple entries can only be fixed in Libya.
Non-refundable visa fee must be paid by cash without change when the application is submitted.
