Certificates

1. Original documents attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan
2. Arabic Translation
3. Letter of Declaration by an Arabic translator or a company stating genuineness of the translation
4. Non-returnable photocopy of above three documents
5. Fee: 25,000 Yen / per document
   Urgent: 10,000 Yen / per document (1-2 business days)

 

Invoice / Certificate of Origin

1. Original documents attested by Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
   ※   In case an export value is above 27,000,000 Yen, additional copy needs to be submitted.
   ※   When an export value is stated in foreign currencies, please convert it into Japanese Yen, rate must be on the submission date or a day before.
2. Arabic translation
3. Letter of Declaration by an Arabic translator or a company stating genuineness of the translation
4. Non-returnable photocopy of above three documents
   (Invoice and Certificate of origin, please submit the original)
5. Fee: Invoice 25,000 Yen
   Certificate of Origin 25,000 Yen
   TAX: 1000 Yen per export value of 1 million yen
   Additional Copy of Invoice: 22,000 Yen
   Additional Copy of Certificate of Origin: 22,000 Yen
