A Visit to the Libyan Embassy in Tokyo by Omashi Junior High School Students

The Embassy of Libya, Tokyo welcomed a group of student from Omashi Junior High School, Kasukabe City, Saitama prefecture who visited the Embassy on 9th February, 2016, among school activities to promote international understanding.
Mr. Zaran, Counsellor of the Embassy welcomed the students and gave a presentation about Libya followed by Question-and-answer session where students asked questions they prepared in advance in a good command of English regarding food, popular sports, desert, recent fashion boom and education.
At the end of the presentation, students enjoyed watching a DVD showing culture, heritage and lifestyle in Libya which made them feel the atmosphere of the country. Mr. Zaran then expressed his hopes that students can visit Libya someday, and wished them a bright future.
