Report on 37th Board of Directors meeting of the Japan-Libya Friendship Association (JLFA).

On 11^th June, 2014, H.E. Mr. OWN, the Ambassador of Libya to Japan accompanied by Libyan diplomats from the Embassy were attended 37^th Board of Directors meeting of the Japan-Libya Friendship Association. 

 

The main attendees of the meeting were the board members of JLFA, its corporate members and representative from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

Followed by welcome remarks from Mr. Miyahara, President of JLFA, Madame Koike, the Chairperson of JLFA and Member of House of Representatives gave a welcoming speech.

Next, H.E. Mr. Ashiki, the Ambassador of Japan to Libya, greeted the attendees and shared his thought about the current situation of Libya. 

In return, Mr. Own thanked everyone who attended the meeting, and he emphasized his strong hope for the future of Libya.
