16th Arab Charity Bazaar tickets are now on sale

The Society of Wives of Ambassadors and Heads of Missions in Japan (SWAAJ) will hold “16th Arab Charity Bazaar” on 18th May, 2014.  There are booths selling goods by each Arab Embassies and events to experience Arabic culture.  Please come and join us as it is very rare opportunity to experience Henna art, Arabic calligraphy and Arab food. The part of proceeds will be donated to Great East Japan Earthquake affected area, Soma School for the Disabled & Youth Welfare Center in Tokyo.  Also please stop by at Libyan Embassy booth.

Entrance tickets can be bought either by post or Counter of the Consular Section, Embassy of Libya, Tokyo. 

For postal order, please enclose the tickets fee (\2,000 per ticket) and note  a number of tickets wishing to purchase, self-address and day time contact tel number and kindly send them to the Embassy of Libya, Tokyo (10-14, Daikanyama-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, 150-0034.)

If you have time, please purchase the tickets at Reception desk of Consular Section, Embassy of Libya, Tokyo.  The Counter is open from 9:00-15:00 from Monday to Friday.  Please refer the link http://www.lytokyo.org/en/access/ for the access to the Embassy.

Libyan posters will be offered to the people who came to the Counter to buy the tickets.  Also, the Arabic coffee will be served for the first 10 people per day.
