Handover Ceremony held at the Libyan Embassy

استلمت السفارة الليبية بطوكيو معدات لتصنيع الأطراف الصناعية مقدمة من وكالة اليابان للتعاون الدولي جايكا وذلك بغية إرسالها إلى مركز تأهيل وإعادة تأهيل ذوي الإعاقة بجنزور، ومركز إعادة تأهيل ذوي الإعاقة ببنغازي،وجدير بالذكر هنا أن هذه المعدات تم إنتاجها واستخدامها من قبل المتدربين الموفدين من طرف وزارتي الصحة والشؤون الاجتماعية في ليبيا للتدريب في اليابان خلال شهري أكتوبر ونوفمبر من العام الماضي،
وقد جرى بهذه المناسبة حفل بمقر السفارة الليبية بطوكيو حضره من جانب جايكا السيد كوئينوما مدير عام الشرق الأوسط وأوربا، والسيد أونو مساعد المدير العام، والسيدة هاتوري المكلفة بملف التعاون مع ليبيا بالوكالة، وعن الجانب الليبي أعضاء السفارة الليبية بطوكيو؛ تم خلاله توقيع مستندات التسليم وتبادل الكلمات بين سعاد السفير أحمد عون، والسيد كوئينوما، حيث أكد فيها الجانبان على الرغبة في تطوير مجالات التعاون بين البلدين الصديقين، والعمل فتح آفاق جديدة لهذه المجالات في المستقبل القريب، خاصة وأن ليبيا تمر بمرحلة تعيد فيها بناء مؤسسات الدولة، وتطوير قدرات مواردها البشرية، وتتطلع باهتمام كبير لمساعدة اليابان باعتبارها من الأصدقاء الذين بوسعهم تقديم الكثير بحكم تطورها التكنولوجي وخبرتها الكبيرة في برامج إعادة البناء.
The Libyan Embassy in Tokyo received equipments from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for producing prosthetics that were fabricated and used by trainees dispatched from the Ministry of Health and The Ministry of Social Affairs, Libya to undergo training programs in Japan during October and November 2013. The Equipment Libya Embassy received will be sent to Janzour Rehabilitation Center and Benghazi Rehabilitation Center.
A ceremony of Handover was held at the Libyan Embassy in Tokyo attended from JICA’s side by Mr. Akihiko KOENUMA, Director General of Middle East and Europe Department, Mr. Kenta ONO, Middle East Division 1 and Ms. Sayumi HATTORI in charge of cooperation with Libya at JICA, and from the Libyan side all members of the Libyan Embassy in Tokyo were present at the ceremony where H.E. Ambassador OWN and Mr. KOENUMA signed Certificate of Handover and gave briefed speeches and stressed the need to enhance areas of cooperation between the two friendly countries, working closely towards opening new horizons of such areas in the near future amid Libyan efforts to rebuild nation’s institutions and develop human resources as Libya is looking forward to receiving Japan’s support as a friend who afford to offer much with its advanced technology and abundant experience in reconstruction.
